I am sure this is not just Target, but know that this chain of stores is making its dressing rooms co-ed. This means that men and women share the same dressing rooms when trying on clothes in those stores. A friend of mine was shopping with her daughter at Target and had taken her into the dressing room where she heard the voice of a man next door. When she questioned the store about it, she was told that this is now corporate policy in order to accommodate transgender persons. There is another woman's testimony about this same issue here: denisemira.com/blog/2009/06/02/co-ed-dressing-rooms-at-target-whazup-with-that/So please be aware, especially those parents who have young children/teens.
