This message may challenge a lot of concepts about Godly new covenant leadership.
I pray that - even if what is said challenges you too - that you at least listen until the end. It is a pretty awesome message. God Bless!

YES very challenged and in awe of this message. I have to say, probably the most profound message I've heard since i gave my life to Christ. To hear that for one to be a leader, God has to break you over and over again really makes you realise that Christianity is not a joke and the earlier you submit, the earlier you'll be a great leader.
I had to listen to some of his points in repeat bcos they're like knock-outs. Great man of God he is.
One point i didnt see eye to eye with him was when he mentioned that we shouldn't speak against an elder in the church as they have served for a long time but what if, what that elder is preaching isn't biblical and you are certain and can even prove that it isnt biblical? Wont they need to be corrected with humility ofcourse?

Hi Jesus Servant, I don't think I heard that point. I would agree that this would not be correct. I'll have to listen again to try and get what he is saying.

Jesus Servant,
I listened to the message again, but I didn't hear him say we should not correct elders. I DID hear him say we should not criticize elders, and I think there is a difference between the two. :-)
Criticize: to censure or find fault with; to judge unfavorably or harshly
Correct: to set or make true, accurate, or right; remove the errors or faults from with the intent to improve
In that context, I would agree with what he is saying.
He also says that we should correct elders, but to do so in gentleness.
