Good question. There has been some speculation. They are now saying it was a failed rocket test. blogs.discovermagazine.com/80beats/2009/12/10/russias-flawed-intercontinental-missile-test-lights-up-norways-sky/I of course don't know what it was, but I don't know that I necessarily believe the stories coming out about it either. Have you ever heard of the CERN Stargate? This is worth listening to: www.youtube.com/watch?v=-0X2ujKmviQIn the name of science, they are trying to accomplish some unGodly things such as "opening up stargates" between this dimension and other dimensions. They are literally trying to recreate the "Big Bang" which is credited in science with starting the creation of life on earth. While this specific particle collider is not located in Norway, my point is that they are going into unchartered territory. So long story short, I don't know what those lights were. Could have been a rocket...could have been something else.

Hmmm....Maybe I was not so far off base after all. The New York Times reports the day after this Norway blue swirl event that the CERN Collider had accelerated protons to energies of 1.2 trillion electron volts apiece and then crashed them together thereby " eclipsing" previous world records. "The collider first boosted a beam of protons to the new energy record of 1.2 trillion electron volts on Nov. 29 without making collisions." But around December 8th, they were apparently able to not only generate these new energy levels, but to make these particles collide. According to this article, " For CERN, the Fermilab-topping collisions will be only the end of the beginning of a 15-year, $10 billion quest to recreate laws and particles that prevailed just after the Big Bang, when the universe was less than a trillionth of a second old." www.nytimes.com/2009/12/10/science/10collide.html?_r=1They are trying to recreate the event that - in their minds - triggered the creation of the earth itself. May God have mercy for only He knows the depths of issues which can be caused as man tries to pretend that he is God.
